Easy banana cream

300 ml Cremio whipping crème 
200 g
strained yogurt 
3 pcs. Bananas 
100 g sugar 
50 g grated chocolate 
rum essence 
Cremio confectionery spray for decoration (optional) 

Two bananas are ground in a chopper, and the third is cut into circles that will be used for decoration. Cremio whipping crème is mixed with the strained yogurt and whipped together with a mixer at slow speed. Add the sugar and rum essence. Beat until smooth cream. In suitable cups, distribute with a pouch part of the resulting cream and a layer of ground bananas. Finish again with cream and decorate with banana circles on top.  
If desired, a rose is made using Montare D’oro spray and sprinkled with chocolate.
