Spaghetti with bacon and cream

400 g spaghetti 
300 g diced bacon 
6 pcs.  yolks 
280 ml CREMIO dairy cream for cooking  
80 g
 Parmesan cheese 
30 ml oil 
salt and pepper 

Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 10-12 minutes. Drain and stir with a little oil so that it does not stick together. Grate the Parmesan cheese and separate the yolks. Beat 3 egg yolks with 140ml of CREMIO dairy cream for cooking. In a hot pan, fry 150g of bacon and add 1/2 of the pasta, stirring. Pour over the finished egg mixture and mix well. Remove from heat, add 30 g of parmesan, stir and serve the 2 ready portions. Top with more Parmesan cheese. 
*Or as stated on the package. 
**For ease of preparation, divide the products in two and cook 2 times in the pan.
