Crush the walnuts. Mix together the sugar, salt, baking soda, and walnuts. Add the melted butter. Gradually add half of the sifted flour, the CREMIO whipping crèmе, the cinnamon, and then the remaining flour, until you get a dough that is not too thick*.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out cookies in various shapes and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Preparing the glaze:
In a small saucepan, warm the CREMIO whipping crèmе without bringing it to a boil. Add the powdered sugar and stir until smooth. Let it cool.
Decorate the baked cookies with the white sugar glaze.
* For easier cutting, you can refrigerate the dough for 1–2 hours
