600 g lamb
500 g potatoes
100 g butter
30 ml sunflower oil
1 onion
1 sour apple
250 ml CREMIO dairy cream for cooking
30 g raisins
4 pcs. eggs
100 ml white wine
rosemary sprig
salt and pepper
Cut the peeled apple into cubes and finely chop the onion. Peeled potatoes and lamb have to be cut into small cubes. In a hot frying pan with a little oil, melt the butter and fry the meat. Add the onion after 1-2 min. and leave for 2-3 min. to golden color of the meat. Add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes
as stirring. Finally, add the wine, raisins and CREMIO dairy cream.Season with salt and pepper and stir.
Leave to simmer over llow heat for another 3-4 minutes, then remove from heat.On the bottom in each casserole
place apple cubes. Add the stewed lamb and vegetables. Crack 1 egg in each casserole and put a sprig of rosemary.
Cover the casseroles and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 40 minutes.
*For ease of preparation, divide the products in two and cook 2 times in the pan.
